What’s Logitech G502?

The Logitech G502 is one of the most popular and favorite mice among gamers. Equipped with the HERO sensor, it makes this device look more like a video game mouse than some other computer mice.

The G502 HERO features an optical sensor for maximum tracking accuracy, RGB lighting adjustments, custom game profiles from 200 to 25,600 DPI, and an adjustable weight.

The main standout feature of this device is that the HERO 25K sensor is the most accurate, has 11 custom programmable buttons and can be saved so you can use these settings anywhere.

With five 3.6 g weights that can be configured in a variety of weight configurations on the left, right, center, front and back of the mouse. Experiment with alignment and balance to find the most suitable combination to optimize your gaming performance.

LIGHTSYNC Technology

Equipped with LIGHTSYNC technology with RGB that can be triggered by games, audio or your screen` to display the most stunning RGB colors. Equipped with approximately 16.8 million colors and synchronized lighting animation effects with other Logitech G devices.

Method 1 Connecting a Mouse with a Wireless Receiver

  • Helpful? Plugin your mouse’s receiver.
  • Make sure that your mouse has batteries or is charged.
  • Turn on your mouse.
  • Press your mouse’s “Connect” button.
  • Move your mouse around to test the connection.

Use these steps to change the mouse pointer speed:

  • Click Start. In the Search box, type mouse.
  • Click the Pointer Options tab.
  • In the Motion field, click and hold the slide bar while moving the mouse to the right or left, to adjust the mouse speed.
  • Click Apply, and then click OK to save your changes.

I suggest you follow the steps below and check if it helps

  • Navigate to Start>Settings>Devices.
  • Click on Mouse and Touchpad.
  • In the right pane, click on Additional Mouse Settings.
  • Under the Pointer tab, Click on Use Default.
  • Click on Apply and OK.

How do I change my mouse pointer?

  • Click the lower-right Start button, type mouse in the search box, and select Mouse in the results to open Mouse Properties.
  • Tap Pointers, click the down arrow, choose a scheme from the list and select OK.
  • Change the size and color of the Mouse Pointer in the Control Panel.
  • Tap Change how your mouse works.
